Client Service Coordinator
Job Overview:
The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all electronic security, life safety and automation system installations between the company and the client. This person must have strong written and verbal communication skills. The coordinator must be professional, well organized and capable of balancing a range of tasks while consistently providing the highest level of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with decision makers to schedule timely installations and service calls
- Ensure high client satisfaction at all times
- Monitor the schedule of all projects to ensure timeliness and efficiency
- Act as liaison between the client and all internal departments including sales, billing and technicians throughout the job process
- Communicate with the warehouse to ensure the proper materials are available for projects
- Organize client introduction packet prior to equipment installation or service calls
- Provide proper documentation of client communication to management as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in a scheduling-based environment preferred
- Highly detailed, organized and able to multitask
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team-based environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Authorized to work in the United States
