System Design Consultant (Sales)
Job Overview:
Atronic’s System Design Consultant will be responsible for creating, marketing and coordinating the sale of a range of security, life safety and automation/AV projects for residential and commercial clients. Generating sales through networking and outreach is a key responsibility of the position. The System Design Consultant will be provided with ample internal support for the design, engineering, integration and installation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales and maintain existing client relationships
- Prepare proposals and bid specifications to strategically win new business
- Manage the sales process from the initial meeting through installation, including detailed documentation of client needs and future opportunities
- Conduct meetings with decision-makers to thoroughly understand client needs and to provide solutions
- Ensure high quality client satisfaction during the consultation, design and installation processes
- Provide documentation on sales leads, forecasts and other reporting items to management as needed
Qualifications
- Two or more years of sales experience. Experience in the security or AV industry is preferred
- Energetic and forward-thinking team player
- Able to excel in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Possesses strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to travel locally, attend industry events and occasional seminars
- Authorized to work in the United States
